Alchemy is a plant-based restaurant whose mission is to "transform people, the planet, and the community around us by starting with ourselves".

With two locations in Bali, this restaurant, which is the first to open in Japan, is the brand’s first overseas branch.  With sofa seating inspired by a daybed concept, the seating area comprises a space reflecting Bali’s natural architectural style, incorporating wooden beams and wickerwork.  Additionally, original rattan furniture enhanced by plants has been designed to blend in with the rich landscape of Azabudai Hills.  Maintaining the atmosphere of Alchemy Bali, the interior design, much like the cuisine, embodies the concept of 'natural essence,' resulting in a space that feels pure and natural.  On the other hand, adopting a see-through kitchen with glass partitions highlights and achieves a balance between immaculateness and nature-based design features.
