Created through the conversion of a beautiful old home, % Taipei roastery offers a unique local charm. The ground floor features a welcoming kitchen counter and a roasting room, while a seating area is available for customers on the second floor.  The interior is constructed with green tiles inspired by the bronze used in Taiwanese temples, combined with white tiles that seamlessly wrap the floors, walls, stairs, and furniture. A lighting artwork is featured right at the entrance, showcasing the iconic % logo stacked vertically and hung in the stairwell connecting the two floors.  In the restroom, the Chemex shape is incorporated into the display of Taiwanese iron window flowers on the walls, complemented by recycled green glass washbasins.
