New % Arabica store is opening in Nakameguro, an area renowned for cherry blossoms and as one of Tokyo’s cultural hubs. Inspired by the ivy drapes along the banks of the Meguro River—a symbol of Nakameguro—the same motif is incorporated into the store’s exterior wall.

By creating an iconic façade that blends into the streetscape, the design expresses a connection with the Meguro River. The façade features lighting and small elements with yellow-toned accents. A leash hook is also provided within the greenery, making it easy for visitors to stop by with their dogs during their daily walks, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and sense of openness to the neighborhood. The linear lighting is reflected in mirrors to create continuity, this composition enhances a sense of depth and visual expansion within the compact space.
